COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The proud piece of our brewery! Lightly amber coloured beer of 8,3% alc.vol. At the tasting of the first brewery, a beer expert noticed: "This is an amazing pint!" (In Atwerpener dialect: "Da’s een bangelijk’ goei pint!"). And so the name was found.

The beer is a hazy orange color with a white head. Candied orange sweetness along with a hint of pineapple and some brown sugar. A light white pepper spice note. Perhaps some banana, too. The taste is quite sweet and sugary. Some mild citrus juice, candied orange peel, mild banana, and some pineapple. There is a definite alcohol note to it, particularly as it warms.

Tap @ brewery. The best one of the samples. Nice fruity taste with some bitter notes. Smooth. Not to heavy for a Triple.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2016 Bottle 33cl bought at Dranken Geers in Oostakker. Pours hazy dark golden/amber with a big white creamy head. Nose: exotic fruits, slightly hints of caramel, malts, alcoholic, slightly hoppy, zeste of an orange. Taste: medium carbonation. The beginning is a combination of exotic fruity sweetness together with a malty feeling and a very sharp metallic bitter feeling that lasts long in the back of my throath + a very warm alcoholic feeling. The aftertaste is slightly dry with notes of that bitter sharp feeling. The balance is not there. I did’nt enjoy this one.

Bottle. Pours hazy darkish straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and hops, with spicy and estery notes. Sweetish, malty and estery notes with caramellish, hoppy and spicy notes. Rough and sweetish aftertaste. Okay but nothing really special.

Bottle, 8.3%. Good fruity aroma, turning sourish and a bit metallic. Almost clear golden colour. Sparkling with an OK white head. The flavour is also fruity, has a rough but good alcohol note. A mild and spicy sweetness. Mild peppering finish.

The collor was a bit to dark/orange for a tripple to my liking. There was no collard at all when poured into my glas an it had a strange aftertaste. I didn’t like it at all and didn’t finish it. There are much better tripples - and saying this while I’m from Antwerp aswell maens a lot.
