Pale golden beer with a weak aroma and a weak sweet taste. Palate sensation is ok, itís not watery.

Pours a very pale yellow color, topped with rather avergae white head. The retention is bad. There is a malty aroma and thatís all that can be picked up. The taste is sweet and malty. No real bitterness. Nothing special about it. Rather bland.

Pale color with medium head. Poor retention, poor lacing. Aroma is mainly malt, didnít get anything else. Taste is also malty, nothing special. Body feels medium and smooth with decent carbonation. "Blonde Special Beer" that didnít have anything special.

500ml bottle. Pale yellow body, medium white head with no retention. Aroma of dough, grains, corn, a tad metallic. Nasty taste of mineral water, grass, grains and a bit medicinal. Extremely poor and overpriced.

Clear yellow with white lacing foam head. Aroma and taste are barley, a good pilsener, nice beer. Shirt lasting little bitter aftertaste. (Bucharest 201402)

Thanks to Ciocanelu for this beer!
50 cl bottle, BB 04.09.2014 07:07/L1
The beer starts malty, a bit alcoholic. Sweet and a bit undefined in the mainpart, a bit metallic-flat. The aftertaste is medium, not too bitter, slightly sweet and slightly metallic and ends abrupt.
From the Memminger Brauerei I would have expected something better! --> 7/10/6/7

Bottle during the High Speed Tasting on the train to the Black Country Bus Tour. Thanks to Sister Nellie for bringing me this Romanian whale from her travels. Pours perfectly clear yellow with a light, white cream head. Sugary cereal and pale malts in the aroma, some hay, grains. Medium sweet flavor with simple cereal grains, faint straw, dough. Light bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Sugary cereal malt finish with faint straw bitterness and dough. Decent.

This review is of íthe remnantsí remaining from a 500 ml bottle started on a train and given to me in íThe Great Westerní Wolverhampton on 6 July 2013: there was around 150/200 ml left. Poured into a half-pint glass it looked a typical lager/pilsner: golden, bright and clean with the usual thin white head. Fruity in nature: I thought it fine and a good example of the style. It had both aroma and taste, not always evident in such brews. Iíd certainly have a full bottle if offered. The rates below this are a bit harsh in my opinion, but the other guys had been drinking stronger/tastier stuff before opening the can and bottle of this brew.

Black Country Beano. Outbound train tasting! Thanks to Leighton. Light haze on this gold beer, little white head. Palate is light and crispy, semi dry. Okay pale malt, slightly papery. nothing serious. Trace of malt cream. Forensic trace of something hoppy. Finishes semi dry. Nowhere near as bad as I expected.
