COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tribute Tripel – After countless water testing and system checks, Tribute Tripel was the first beer to be brewed at Neshaminy Creek Brewing. Overall, we’re really happy with the way the rampup on this beer turned out. We feel it’s very true to style of a classic Belgian Tripel, a Tribute if you will The 9.3% ABV is very deceptive, so don’t underestimate this beer. Sometimes American brewers have a tendency to use far to many spices in this style and don’t rely enough on the yeast to do what it does best, and for this style, that’s hugely important. The bitter orange peel and coriander add a citrus flavor and spice note that help this beer finish on the dry side. We’re hoping attenuation will be a tad better on the upcoming batches, because in my opinion this style can never finish dry enough, but overall the first batch of Tribute finished quite well and so far the feedback has been great.

Draught at Capone’s: Aroma of Belgian yeast and some citrus. Poured orange in color with a large, creamy, dense, off-white head that lasted throughout. Opaque. Sparkling. Very good lacing. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly bitter. Tastes of Belgian yeast, light banana, and a hint of hops. Medium to full body. Slick, creamy, then chalky and dry texture. Soft to average carbonation. Belgian yeast, slight hop, banana finish is chalky and dry. 9.3%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

22oz bomber from Canals Rio Grande. Poured a thick body nectar orange with a large fizzy white head. Aroma is nice dry toast Belgian yeast bubble gum menthol, dry hay, rotting citrus fruits and over ripe banana. Lighter body with average to stronger carbonation and an average duration n the aftertaste. Flavor of over ripe banana, Belgian yeast, straw, bubble gum menthol, dry candi sugar. Decent.

Bomber. Nose on the spicier side, more like coriander soup. Pours hazy amber-leaning golden with a frothy off-white head. Taste lightly bitter and medially sweet, oily and boozy with too much, way too much coriander. Just can’t crack through to the malt base. Floral/perfumed but not pulling off the citrus. Sort of a mess.

Hazy gold yellow with thin white head; aroma is distinct hoppy yeasty character; feel perfectly medium crisp and foamy; Flava is sweet malty and yeasty hoppy; finishes dryish with hops prominent

22 ounce bottle. Cloudy amber gold color topped by a small bubbly beige head. Fragrant yeasty malt aroma has earthy undertones. Dryish citrus malt flavor has an intense bittersweet lemon peel character. Notes of un ripe banana and white peppercorns come to mind. The finish is dry and bitter. Very nicely attenuated with wonderful balance and complexity.

Nice beer, true to the style. Pours a dark amber with a white head. Nice carbonation. The aroma is typical for the style. The flavor has the nice sweetness along with a bit of spice.

Hazy orange color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of spices, green apple, citrus, toast, yeast and alcohol. Taste of citrus, green apple, spices, earthy yeast, lightly tart dry finish.

Pours a clear gold with medium white head. Aroma has lots of stonefruits with a faint yeasty spice hint. Flavor has lots of stonefruits and tropical fruit...sticky sweet...just a bit of spice and rind creep in. Mouthfeel is full and a bit sticky but quickly dries with a spicy orange rind note. This is just a little too syrupy and sweet for me.

Draft. Pours amber gold with an off white head. Fruity and peachy, with spicy yeast, and lighter floral notes. Solid.
