Commercial Description:
Bottle Conditioned for maximum flavor and shelf life, Augustinian Ale is one of Britain's undiscovered treasures. Hoppy, bitter and spiced with coriander seeds, this pale ale is, to say the least, very distinctive.

Poured with probably the biggest head I've ever seen from a bottled beer. The beer was bright orange-yellow-copper. There's a citrusy-sweet aroma. And the flavory is surprisingly lime-flavored, almost as strong and sweet as a frozen lime pop. This is an extremely unique beer that I really like.

Very good stong lemon from the coriander. Almost a Belgian Beer. Good golden color typical of british ales. Big head about medium carbonation. Refreshing treat for a English Ale.Lot of lemon flavor good herb beer. Salute form the Colonials

Smells quite nice, like an ipa ia a beutiful flowery valley where the hops grow like freshly pruned grass...pours a murky tan mud colour, great foamy head..some minimal lacing...hits ya like boom, intresting and magic (black magic i am guessing). Has a unique taste, with a Gentleman’s Bitterness! This is great to have every now and agian but make sure you try it at least once.

An interesting ale. I want to know how you get so much hop flavor and aroma (I know... late addition) but still I like the way these hops come though on this one with a touch of coriander. The balance is a little of but one sniff and I fogive them. A nice sping ale to brew with.
