redgold07 (280), Fort Worth, Texas, USA Mar 29, 2008 Pours a hazy golden/straw color with a LOT of white, foamy head. Aroma is of hop spiciness and coriander. Flavor is slightly hoppy for a bitter... a but spicy and bitter with a coriander and orange.
1 pt. 9.4 oz. bottle.
ericandersnavy (86), denton, Texas, USA May 19, 2008 Sampled with brother. Aroma has citrus notes much like lemon. Pours a nice goldish color. Medium to high carbonation almost like a soda. Flavor left me intrigued. It is different. Coriander is noticeable. A decent beer, but nothing to brag about. Swalden_28 (516), McKinney, Texas, USA May 18, 2008 Bottle, Kegs & Barrels, McKinney, TX.
Pours a nice deep gold, slight hazy. Aroma of citris & spice. Flavor is semi sweet with coriander& orange peel. Palate is crisp and medium-high carb....not bad but nothing I would run out and buy. blutt59 (519), Dallas, Texas, USA May 3, 2008 bottle, golden amber color, hoppy malt and sugar with some spicy notes, body and finish are decent travita (662), Lewisville, Texas, USA Apr 8, 2008 Dark golden in color with an ok head. Aroma has some spice and hoppiness. A little erthy. Taste is a little plain but again much like the smell. kidmartinek (656), austin, Texas, USA Apr 1, 2008 Pours pale copper, slightly cloudy with an obnoxiously humongously, large, enormous head, that is frothy and off white. The head last way too long, and you can’t barely pour the thing into the glass. Not sure why this is called ale. Maybe it should be called soda, or lambic, because it is highly carbonated like a soda and smells and tastes like a fruit soda. Aroma is of lemon, orange, lime, watermelon, fanta, etc. Flavor is pale, bitter-sweet, a little hoppy, and smooth enough, though a little bland. Finish is a little bitter, and sugary, and leaves a sweet, bland, bitterness. Just a weird beer.
