2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cask - The Murderers, Norwich. Poured with a small though lasting off-white head atop a clear, ruddy brown body. Sweet mid fruit and generic sweet malt aromas. Sweet & fruity again on the palate, some nuttiness, toasty malts and tea with a short, subtle bitterness. Soft body, short length finish on a light to medium body.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
The name of this beer is an allegedly amusing pun. Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Amber with a small off white head. Faint wet dog aroma. First taste seems watery, but it’s one of those beers with hidden depths, and you gradually perceive sour ripe apple and malt. Definitely an improver. Medium bitter finish.
