3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: MAR 2, 2011 Cask (Kingston Arms, Cambridge) - as "Kingston Drop", guessing this is it.
7- Sweet graininess, caramel, a touch of citrus hop.
3 Rich orange, small brief head
7- Simple sweet quaffable bitter. Kind of a golden ale, but a little low in hops.
3+ Soft palate, carbonation low. Finish gently caramelly and fruity.
13 Hoppier than your average Nethergate - almost detectable!
Rerate: Cask (Cambridge Blue, Cambridge) - as CBD (6:3+:6:3:12=3.0)
Mashy malty aroma. Mid orange, tiny head. Sweet fruity caramelly body. Refreshing palate, soft carbonation. Sharp but not offensive. Previous was better.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cask conditioned at The Cambridge Blue, Cambridge. Gold to amber with white head. Hoppy bright bitter, perfect for a lunchtime session, perhaps on the fruity side, I got apricot & lychee, but a very decent light bitter.
