A Mes rate. Cask at Baker St. íSporks.
Copper coloured with a very good white head considering itís a JDW serving. Fairly bland aroma that I really canít be bothered describing. Reasonably tasty. Lots of earthy malt and some faint leathery character. Minerals and slight metal in the finish with a decent amount of bitterness late on. Rather dull but inoffensive.

Cask - The Murderers, Norwich. Pours a chestnut brown with a dark, one finger off-white head. Nutty, fruity sweet malt aromas with a bit of toastiness. Some dry fruits, subtle roasty malts and a light hoppiness in the finish. Soft carbonation, medium body.

Cask handpull at The New Wheatsheaf, Borough. Chestnut colour. Bit of cheese on the yeast and on flavour. Itís ok, but not a very good bitter. Little hop presence, but bit of sting on the finish.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Dark amber with an off white head. Malt aroma and taste. Mid bitter. Pleasantly rounded and very tasty. Tastes stronger than its 4.1%
