COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pasteurised bottle.

Brewed traditionally with Challenger and Fuggles wholeleaf hops, Maris Otter and Crystal malts and a trace of coriander. It is the first bottled ale of its type and is truly a class apart. It is very smooth and refreshing on the palate. Accompanies all tasty food, particularly curries, Chinese and Thai dishes.

Bottle. Rich golden ale with a thick white top. Nose is lemons with a touch of grapefruit and a hint of coriander. Opens out in the mouth, imparting a really rich honey, lemon citrus wash across the entire mouth. Not quite what I was expecting, but I think this would go amazingly with some spicy foods. The coriander really comes through too. A real zinger.

Interpretazione poco ortodossa di una bitter, con una deriva leggermente dolce e una speziatura particolare che può essere coriandolo. Decentemente amara, specialmente nel finale.

Bottle from B&M Stockton. Amber with a thin white head.lots of hops and the coriander coming though at the end. bitter finish. More IPA like than a bitter. Nice. especially for the strength.

Appearance: Clear amber with cm thick white head. Aroma: Citrus, floral, grassy, biscuit, coriander and a undertone of honey. Taste: Low sweetness, medium/high bitterness, low sourness, a little salty and quite strong taste of coriander. Palate: Smooth thick texture and mouthfeel, medium body, average carbonation, lingering bitter and astringent aftertaste. Comments: Enjoyable and quite refreshing, the coriander is fairly strong and may overpower more subtle flavours. Left a glass lace.

500 ml sampled in 2009. Dark golden body with a fast disappearing off-white head. Aroma has citric fruit, ginger and soap (probably the coriander!). Flavor is sweet malt, fruity and light bitterness. Thin watery body and short aftertaste. Not much taste, and the taste to find seems unbalanced.
