Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jul 4, 2007 Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light touch of caramel, while the flavor is sweet and quite clean, leading to a dry bitter finish. omhper (10393), Stockholm, Sweden Jun 3, 2006 [Bottled at Københavnske Øldage] Clear golden, no head. Surprisingly malt sweetness tops grassy hops, and the mouthfeel is rounded rather than crisp.
Bready malt dominates. The finish is reasonably bitter though. Not the most pilsnerish german pilsner, but a good beer. Papsoe (9980), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 15, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Slightly hazy golden with a dense, white head. Fresh, floral nose. Medium body with lightly sweet and somewhat rustic malt accents. The finish has a solid hop bitterness. 140308 joergen (6240), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 28, 2006 Bottle.
