Bad and boring beer with some off flavours thanks to specialty grain. Nothing interesting incaseof taste and aroma.

Bottle on the train during the Bamberg Jolly of 2014. Pours perfectly clear, pale yellow with a white foam head. The nose has a bit of cabbage. Lightly sweet, with some flowery hops, grassy bitterness, pale cereal. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Clean on the finish, fairly crisp, with pleasant hop character and restrained sweetness. Not bad.

My honest opinion? It tastes like an alcohol free beer. Which in itself doesn’t have to be bad. Hay herbal notes. Discreet slightly bitter finish

33 cl bottle, unfortunately a green one, and I don’t appreciate green bottles... The beer is pale yellow with a bit chill-haze, not as clear as I expected, and a thin white head. Aroma is a pleasant mix of grain and cereals. Mouthfeel is thin, well carbonated and bitter, and that familiar German Pilsner-ish style of taste, just better. All in all a nice beer, one could easily drink several of these.

UPDATED: MAY 21, 2016 Pours a clear golden, topped with a small and non-lasting white head. Mild hay aroma, some soury grain prersence, but very gentle and a bit dusty. Mildly sweet taste, finish with little bitterness and gentle herbal aftertaste. Typical lager, light.
