2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
50cl bottles, repeatedly: The allround "Allnatura" organic/green/eco pilsner in the SW (Stuttgart, Freiburg). Fresh bavarian pilsner with quality organic ingredients used, though in rather modest doses, not to offend anyone. Fine-pored lacing and head. Overall thin but refreshing. Good malt quality (almond dryness, cf Ayinger) and present hop (grassy) bitterness dominate. Dry palate, yet watery texture = thirst quenching. Some muffled, hard to define aromas and taste notes in the mix (cardboard effect).

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
From the green 330 ml. bottle. Straw yellow heady pour into the pilsener glass. It looks the way it should. A slightly skunked aroma of grass and toasted malts. The body is light. The taste emphasizes the toasted malts with that same grassy after taste. Pretty typical for the style and easy drinking.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
cloudy yellow, smooth white head. bitter euro hoppy pils aroma, but also a little flowery hoppy in there too. some dry malts. flavor is malty, hay and dough and very slighltly sourish, hops not so prominent. I think the organic malts are not so good as the non-organic regarding taste. For a german pils, somewhat dissapointing

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a lightly hazy gold with a minimal head/lace - soft pils malt sweetness in the nose, along with lightly grassy hops, some mineral, but also a little bit of butter - flavor is kind of dull, toasty grain, moderate hop character, finishing dry and lightly spicy - not as bright and snappy as I would like - I do not see a date on the packaging, so it’s possible this is not very fresh - not all that good.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Slightly hazy straw colour under a creamy medium head. Dusty pilsner grain aroma with a touch of grassy hop. Medium flavor bringing cereal grain and a touch of toast, with a dull earthy grassy hop bite on the end. Nothing wrong here, but nothing special.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nothing special here but nothing wrong either. Has a a straw yellow pour w/ a good white head that leaves a little lacing. The aroma is straight skunk but in a decent way. The taste is actually clean & crisp & not all that bad for a pilsner. Easy drinking & rather nice on this summer evening!

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate grass/hay, pilsner malt, some faint skunkiness, and dust. It pours a transparent light gold with a large creamy white head that has great retention and leaves a lot of soapy lacing on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with with a quick dose of light sweetness. The finish has moderate grassy bitterness and light cracker. It’s light bodied with light-moderate carbonation.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
500 ml bottle bought at Great Food Hall in Pacific Place, Admiralty.
Looks: Clear light golden honey colour; One and a half finger head and crumpet white foam which lasts for 2 minutes; Moderate sticky lacing and fizzy carbonation.
Aroma: Fragrant Pilsener malt, with honey, floral, light orange, strong bread, dough, very light lemon and light grass.
Taste: Mid to light sweet full malt, with honey, molasses, flower pedals, thick bread, dough, yeast, lemon, astringent bitter hops and grass.
Body: Close to light. Slick palate.
Mouth Feel: Refreshing and dynamically hoppy German Pils. Very malty, taste and smell nice in a moderate body. Well-tuned sweetness of honey, molasses with neat floral favours. Tasty thick white bread and dough. Nice meal in a mug!
Hoppiness: Nice light orange, floral nectar, lemon and light grass nose. Light lemon, petals, hops and light grass in taste. Bitterness is moderate and dynamic, stretching it out for nice astringent taste as time went by for a long lasting light bitter finish.
After Taste: Fairly dry; Hoppy and light sweet to mouth.
Comments: I am glad I picked this one for my #700 review - It’s Pils-hoppy but in a light, tasty, aromatic and seductive fashion. Coupled with thick malts and great-tasting and well-defined floral sweetness, this is a treat well worth sessioning. Lovely Pils!
