2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Smells a bit sweet. Corn and wheat. Sweet and mild grains. Tastes actually better and better as I drink it. Not great but alright. Decent for a whatever pilsner.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Lightly hazed straw colored body with a patchy white head. Thankfully this is fresh enough that there’s no trace of ultraviolet light spoilage in the green bottle. The aroma is mild overall with some powdered yeast and calcium on top of quiet noble hops and saltine cracker pilsner malt, with only a smidgen of cooked corn kernel. Light body, lightly sweet, simple and quiet overall but lacks flaws. Somewhat oily green hop coating in the finish, but one swig it seems like hop oils and the next it seems like saccharine. Medium carbonation doesn’t bring to life the hop aroma and flavor very well. Still it’s serviceable as a German pilsner, which is more than you can say about most on the market in Colorado right now.

500ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Pils mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, grasig. Geschmack herb, grasig, minimal würzig.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
11.2 oz oddly-shaped green bottle, organic.
Pours a hazy gold, appears to be unfiltered. It has a fluffy white head that leaves lots of lacing.
The smell is earthy baked bread all the way. Im not smelling much variance form the hops besides straight up earth and a bit of cat urine. It isn’t a skunky urine smell either. It is reminiscent of American pilseners.
The taste is decent. The hops are super earthy and floral and they dominate the taste with an underlying bread tone. There is not much bitterness, only a subtle kiss.
It is interesting, the hops seem very american and they caught me off guard. They aren’t super bitter but very key to the flavor, usually a German pilsener is a perfect combo of malt and hops, this one is a bit more skewed, and not in the best way but an acceptable way. It is like a better version of Prima Pils.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle:   Sure seems cloudy for a pils, heavy straw, slightly dirty, minor sudsy white head, sparce lacing.   Musty nose, a little mealy. &nbps Reminds me of a rabbit cage for some reason.   It slike alfalfa and straw,
mixed together.   Slightly grainy in that organic way.   A bit more bright on the tongue than the nose suggests, thankfully.   Its actually rather clean, and a bit refreshing.   The nose really put me of tho.   Soft
grassiness, very pale mealiness, with a nice sweetnes on the backside.   This is one of those that you can drink on a nice hot day.   Flavorful while being light.   Body and mouthfeel are average for a pils (who woulda
guessed).   Very respectable, but the nose doesn’t do this one any favors.

Fruity pilsener with moderate hops in the finish. Nothing outstanding, nothing bad about it.
