Bottled. Clear golden colured with a rather large dense white head. Very well balanced with notes of straw, grain, bread, caramel and a somewhat dry and hoppy finish. Very nice.

500ml bottle found somewhere in Paris. Pours a perfect bright yellow, excellent head, but could be just a little more solid for a perfect score. Aroma of hops, not overpowering, but enough. Taste is a smooth pilsner, plenty of hops but again not too excessive, smooth finish. Watery aftertaste, no bitterness. Very drinkable, well engineered.

50cl bottles, repeatedly: The allround "Allnatura" organic/green/eco pilsner in the SW (Stuttgart, Freiburg). Fresh bavarian pilsner with quality organic ingredients used, though in rather modest doses, not to offend anyone. Fine-pored lacing and head. Overall thin but refreshing. Good malt quality (almond dryness, cf Ayinger) and present hop (grassy) bitterness dominate. Dry palate, yet watery texture = thirst quenching. Some muffled, hard to define aromas and taste notes in the mix (cardboard effect).

I had the Organic version, which came a skinny necked bottle. Very delicious.

Bottle - Bioladen in Volksdorf. V nice almost fruity malt tones, and fine delicate hopping. Mouth filling and refined finish. Smells like a rain fresh field.

A pils that labels itself as organic, which is usually worth something here in der Peoples’ Republik. It’s light yellow, very well carbonated and has a ton of head and lace for a lager. It’s a grass bomb, with bit of stewed skunk cabbage. It has a husky veggie flavor as well, though with some malt presence. For all its bubbles, this beer feels watered down and lacking in body. Oh well.

Bottle->taster at BBB Fest-Nashville. Clear golden with frothy white head. Grassy, with some citrus, cereal, corn, hay. Light.
