Ein würziger Pilsgeschmack prägt dieses ökologische Spitzenbier. Hopfenbetont und doch schlank im Geschmack. Nur aus Mineralwasser, Naturhopfen, Biomalz und gentechnikfreier Hefe gebraut.

500ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Pils mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, grasig. Geschmack herb, grasig, minimal würzig.

From the green 330 ml. bottle. Straw yellow heady pour into the pilsener glass. It looks the way it should. A slightly skunked aroma of grass and toasted malts. The body is light. The taste emphasizes the toasted malts with that same grassy after taste. Pretty typical for the style and easy drinking.

P{ours a clear yellow with a white head that leaves lacing. The nose is faint pilsner malt with an initial still in bottle skunkiness that quickly dissipates. Body is medium light. Taste is upfront malt with a slight sweetness and the hops in at the end and lingers in the aftertaste. 11.2 oz green German WW2 hand grenade bottle

Crisp gold colour. Big clumpy sticky white head. Rough hop aroma. Light sweetness followed by harsh strong hop flavour.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light touch of caramel, while the flavor is sweet and quite clean, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Light straw and the aroma is slightly malty with notes of fruit. The flavour is very fruity, considering this is a pilsner, but that is only a plus in my book. It also has light notes of malt and a very light bitterness. Charming 8/29

Bottle 0,5l bb 04102012. Pours pale yellow clear body with white semicreamy frothy lacing head. Aromas are floral hops, malts, grains and some citrusy nuance. Palate is thin watery with lively medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Taste is light, sweetish and grassy. Aftertaste is watery with lingering good floral hops tngoue taste finish. Overall decent pils with suprising fresh active hops flavour developing in the end.

Smells a bit sweet. Corn and wheat. Sweet and mild grains. Tastes actually better and better as I drink it. Not great but alright. Decent for a whatever pilsner.

50cl bottles, repeatedly: The allround "Allnatura" organic/green/eco pilsner in the SW (Stuttgart, Freiburg). Fresh bavarian pilsner with quality organic ingredients used, though in rather modest doses, not to offend anyone. Fine-pored lacing and head. Overall thin but refreshing. Good malt quality (almond dryness, cf Ayinger) and present hop (grassy) bitterness dominate. Dry palate, yet watery texture = thirst quenching. Some muffled, hard to define aromas and taste notes in the mix (cardboard effect).

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2014 Flasche aus einem Öko-Supermarkt in Berlin. - Strohgelb, klar.
