UPDATED: OCT 9, 2004 Deep orange colour, cloudy. Thick white head, which diminishes pretty quickly. Banana and yeast nose. Intense banana aroma, stronger than in most Hefeweizen I´ve drunk. Low carbonation, so one has to drink it quickly. But overall, a pretty nice Weizen.

Bottled. Orange colour, cloudy, brief head. Clove and banana aroma. Firm and dry with rounded mouthfeel. A hint of paper destroys the image of a perfect wheat beer.

nice hazy orange yellow color, big head.
nose of clove , banana ,vanilla and nuts.
taste replicated the aromas with a full body and a tangy yeasty finish.

honey colour, few head, lemon aroma, some finishing acidity - fresh and pleasant

Nice spicy nose with hints of cloves and bananas. Hazy orange color and a fluffy head. Citrusy tones are pleasant, but with a cardboard-like aftertaste. Gritty mouth feel, rough around the edges and thinish. Good start (aroma and appearance), but went downhill after that.

Starts good, ends strange. Nice vanilla, yeast, oranges and acidic nose. Hazy orange color with a medium frothy head. Vanilla and yeasty taste, but something strange hits you at the end. Can’t quite define what.

A slight citrus taste and a hazy appearance.Very little carbonization makes for a pleasant but average drink.To be honest I expected a more defined taste from an organic beer so overall I was a little dissapointed.

full banana ice-cream aroma. quite sweet, probably a hefeweizen that is better to drink quite cold. but tasty stuff nonetheless

fruity, not too much fizz or banana flavor (I find many Weissbier brands are simply too gassy.)All that, and organic too.

Golden color with a touch of orange. Tall off-white head. Aroma of mild wheat and cloves. Flavors are deep, with a freah hop flavor and very creamy fell. Fruity finish with light cherries currents. Onr of my tp weisses
