0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Hazy yellow brown color with creamy head. Sweetish, clovey, peppery and bready aroma with hint of banana. Bready, yeasty, tart, clovey and peppery flavor with hint of banana and plastic. Slightly sweet and full bodied. Could be dryer and less filling. There are also some plastic and yeasty notes which I don’t like.

Hazy golden body with a big white head. Good lacing. Smell is a ton of banana, bread, and lemon. Taste is the same with notes of pumpkin spices and a medium hop bite. Also a bit sweet. Good hefe!

0,5 l bottle. Nice appearance with a hazy amber-orange body, superb and creamy white head. Fine aroma of citruses and fruity banana, some caramel malt, light herbal notes. Smooth mouthfeel with an absolutely refreshing character, fine body with malts, light caramel, nice citrus and banana taste some spicy flavor like clove. Correct hefe style, delicious.

Bottled. Bought in Berlin EKO store at the Bundes allee. Aroma has a lot banana wheats, some yeast and is milky. Hazy, yellow coloured with a lasting, medium head. The taste is sweet, refreshing, fruity (bananas) and a bit creamy. okay.

fruchtig, nicht aufdringlich. Mild und würzig zugleich, den Alkohol kann man überhaupt nicht herausschmecken. So muss ein Hefweizen sein! BTO 03/2006

bottle - pours light orange with a big creamy head. Creamy, wheaty, and yeasty aroma with a subtle hint of chocolate. The esters a scarcely noticeable though, they’re there but too hidden. The taste is malty and spicy not very balanced very little fuit to be had. There was a slight cellar / old apples finish. The aroma does improve a bit with a bit of citrus and bubblegum coming through as the beer warms but it’s still not one of the better ones.

An ok wheat beer, I do miss some more taste. Taste a tad light compared to other good wheat beers.
