2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
The bottle looks not so good, the beer in the glass neither. Really big bulbs in the foam. Starts moldy and sourish, tastes a little bit like non-alcoholic. Not so good!

Ecco perfetto. Presa sempre al coso Cantante di Gavi, bel posto. *****. la birra no però, sa di chimico e poi sto "bio" boh non si capisce bene, non ci sento i tipici odori e sapori della weizen ma solo una generale putredine anitob oa. W ungstrup

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle brown, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours hazy to cloudy, bright orange to gold body, carbonation is very high and intensive, head is initially huge, thick, frothy to creamy in texture, very dense and regular structured., than slowly decreasing to big and finally to medium, purely white in colour.
Aroma: Banana&clover comes at first, than gentle aromatic hoppy nose mixed with yeasty - milky - creamy aroma. Graphite, some accidity, cardboard, grains, not very strong aroma but very pleasant instead, a bit dusty. All in all typical aroma for German Hefeweizen, pear, wheat, white bread.
Flavour: Mild, sweety, creamy, milky, clover, peach, banana, wheat, mineral water, medium bodied, interesting slight saltyness on palate, well pronounced grainy touch, white bread, gentle, finish duration is quite long, some slightly hint of white chockolate.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is smooth, quite creamy, finish feel is grainy, wheaty, floury, a bit chalky with gentle herbal - fruity, yeasty - hoppy nose. One of the closest best Hefeweizen beers I’ve had so far.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Lemon, black pepper, bitter corriander-ish witbier aroma. Orangey yellow and hazy with a dense white cover that leaves bits of merangue along the walls of the glass. Bitter orange and clove with a touch of banana and that corriander flavour as well. A bit thin, but refreshing and definitely different from the usual hefeweizen suspect. Light body, elevated carbonation, some residual bitterness at the end.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle 50cl. Pours a typical coloured cloudy Hefeweizen. The carbonation is lively, nice huge longlasting white top. Hoppy, grassy and grainy, traces of citrus and nougat. A nice combination. Surprisingly complex for a pale Hefeweizen, very long aftertaste. Rather unusual taste, has its own character, a face in the crowd.
