500 ml bottle: poured a very cloudy orange yellow with a very small head with a quite unaggressive pour. If I would have known this beer wouldn’t have much head, I would have poured it differently. Most hefeweizens pour a lot of head when I pour gently but this didn’t. Aroma at first had a slight corn/banana smell to it. The corn smell subsided a bit throughout the beer. Flavor was mostly yeast with big banana notes and some earthiness to it. Big carbonation. Kind of dry in the finish. Decent but lacks the little sweetness I like in my hefes.

Fresh hay, spices and very citrusy aroma - not as banana-like as many wheat beers. Yellow-orange colour with white head. Unclear but not totally hazy. Lots of carbonation (like in regular wheat beers) but the head lacks the staying power. Lots of banana in the taste but lacks body. Hardly any bitterness in the beer and the beer lacks character. Petty since it would have been nice with a decent organic wheat beer.

Bottled. Hazy pale yellow, porr head. Wonderful metal-like aroma with loads of fruit esters. Big on Co2 and plenty of esters in flavour as well. Lacking in body. Artificial sweetness. I’m not all comfortable with the flavour-mouthfeel with this one. Bit too sweet, but good fruitiness. Herbs were found in the end.

Bottle: Hazy, orangey coloured, quite small off-white head; fruity sweetish nose. oranges (with orange peel), cloves with a touch of bananas; sweetish (fruity) flavour; soft MF, quite full bodied; soft, fruity sweetish finish, almost not tart. Nice and tasty.......

Bottled(500ml). -this is the best Lammsbräu that I’ve drinked so far, hazy dark orange coloured, medium lasting white head, wheat malty , fresh acidic and strong fruity (banana, clove, orange) aroma, very pleasant and easy drinkable brew with a bit watery finish
