500ml bottle bought at Great Food Hall in Pacific Place, Admiralty.

Cloudy hazy pale straw yellow colour with a slop of dirt- like yeast sediments; Explosive three finger head with full white foam which lasts for about 2 minutes; Small sticky lacing and fizzy carbonation; Very fragment aroma of banana, vanilla, orange, pineapple, cloves, coriander, light malt, and light herbs; Pretty tart and light sweet taste of light malt, with light mashed banana, cloves, spices, fresh lemon / citrus and very light grass; Mid to light body, slick and quite oily palate; Mouth feel is thick and quite creamy, refreshing lemony tart light sweet malt plus strong cloves and coriander, pretty rich and savory. Hoppiness is herbal nose, light expressive critus taste. Bitterness is very low with nice tartness and smoothness as finish; Quite dry after taste, very easy to mouth.

Comments: Just like its dunkelweiss, this one taste is very nice, rich, smooth and expressive. Taste-wise it may be straight forward, but every taste and palate comes in good healthy dose to keep me satisfied. A real good one for Summer. Highly recommended!

Gutifa (104) - Bad Wurzach, GERMANY - APR 9, 2013
Cloudy golden color with one finger of white head. Almost without retention, the carbonation is high and the head goes out kinda fast. In nose you can find the typica weizen yeast notes with some toffee and a hoppy citrus end. Really peculiar aroma. In mouth, some wheat and yeast with a medium bitter end. Body is kinda ligth. Nothing special, but enjoyable.

500ml bottle, Wurtzburg, Germany. Poured a clear light amber colour with a thin bubble head that didn’t lace. Moderate to high carbonation with many small bubbles forming trails. Aroma very subtly of cloves. Taste slightly of cloves. Light body. Short subtle cloves finish.

Gute Weisse! Test vom 21.12.2009, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,12,12,9,8,11 - 10,85

500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with average firm frothy white head. Wheaty and yeasty aroma with a somewhat strange spicy note like celery and radish. Taste is wheaty with a tart fruity apple note, fizzy carbonation. A bit too narrow and monotonous in taste, too strong carbonated.
