COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

picked this up in berlin when i was seeing flatters with pip. pours dark amber with a roasty fruity grainy aroma. tastes of oranges, berries, nuts, spices, toasty malts. its sweet and thin. woulda liked some stronger flavours. disappointed

Bottle. Clear, beautiful copper brown color, fine white head. Malty, bready aroma, heavy spices, toffee. Decent sweet taste, light bitter, slightly sour. More bready, malty, caramel aftertaste, nice warming. Medium texture, fitting low carbonation.

Bottle. A strong malty smell of bread and some alcohol. The medium large pale beige head is foamy with a rather short duration. The body is dark red to orange. A malty and light sour taste, some bread. The body is medium strong and creamy with a rather lively carbonation.

Bio Bier in Bio Shop in Essen. Piwo bursztynowe srednia piana. Zapach piernikowy i goździkowy. Smak wyraźnie odczuwałem goździki, cynamon i nawet trochę lukrecji. Przyjemne slodowe ale nie przytlaczajace slodkoscia ze względu na liczne swiateczne i zimowe wrazenia do tego na wodzie mineralnej i składniki z kontrolowanych upraw ekologicznych.

Pour is a dark cloudy brown with a large white head. Aroma is a decent typical marzen dark bread. Flavor is kinda watery but after the swallow you get a nice hit of the malt. Finish is again a bit watery but those dry fresh bread malts kind of stay with you for awhile. Decent but not great and maybe a bit old. My bottle looks nothing like the one in the picture and it says 5.1% abv.

A very bready marzen pouring a murky maize with a large but quickly receding head. A small ring of foam leaves a healthy lacing behind. Balanced and clean with a smooth mellow mouthfeel, it would be very easy to mistakenly ( yeah right!) overindulge with Lammsbrau’s winter festbier.

brown, hazy, tan foam, full body, oily feel, soft carbonation, bread, roasty, medium sweetness, medium bitterness,
