Test vom 19.12.2009, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,9,9,9,10,9 - 8,95

Deep golden color with a nice white head. Aroma of grain. Slightly sweet cereal flavor with a faint hint of hops.

Bottle, bought @ CITTI, Flensburg.
Completely clear darkish golden, lovely, staying, creamy, white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, some sugars, light caramel. Medium carbonation, fairly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has heavy malty sweetness, light biscuity notes, some pepper, soft brewing cereal. Fine, but not fantastic.

Nichts besonderes! Test vom 29.11.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,9,8,7,12,9 - 8,80

Clear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel, sugar, light toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malty. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100226]

Bottle: deep golden to light amber coloured, a bit unclear, mid-sized loose off-white head; grainy-toasty nose with a light barnyardy background, supported by a certain fruitiness; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; sweetish-toasty finish with a light hoppy-fruity aftertaste. Not bad....

0,5 l bottle, as a gift from a bio.shop.
Interesting reddish-brown colored beer with a medium off white lacing head. Moderated toasty caramel and fruty figs and honey in the nose. Medium body with a fruity character with honey and fig, some raisins, minimal citruses. A mild caramel taste and some hop in the finish. Fine but not the biggest deal.

bottle, traded with wastl. Clear deep golden colour with a nice and creamy head. Malty nose. Malty with hints of vanilla and honey, not too sweet, rounded with shy but pleasant aromtaic hop flavours. A good Festbier.

Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of pivnizub. It pours a beautiful clear amber beer with a decent head. Sweet diacetyl malt accented nose with hints of boiled milk, papaya and candy sugar- that’s how I would put it. Malt accented taste. I don’t like the commercial description- at least accurate but not the most flattering I could think of- less of something I like in a pils without being appropriate to the style doesn’t make the beer more interesting or have character in a greater extent. Pretty lacework. Sweetish. Very drinkable. Papaya sneaking in. Tricky to rate this beer actually. Faintly sourish. I could just do with a lot more hops. Overall impression: Sweet, low bitterness, very drinkable, low carbonation, malt accentuated, fruity (papaya), buttery. Thanks a lot pivnizub!
