Clear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel, sugar, light toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malty. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.

50 cL bottle. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and light toasted malty. Sweet malty, biscuit and caramel. Light bitterness counterbalancing the malt flavours. Sweet and slight bitter finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing light tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of cardboard, wheat, and some caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of cardboard, bread, sulphur, and dusty hops, leading to a dry cardboardy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Hazy amber golden with a rough white head. Lightly sweet burned caramel in the aroma. Medium body, sweetish roasted malt and burned caramel with a sulphurous touch. Heavily carbonated with a subdued bitterness. 190209

Completely clear darkish golden, lovely, staying, creamy, white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, some sugars, light caramel. Medium carbonation, fairly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has heavy malty sweetness, light biscuity notes, some pepper, soft brewing cereal. Fine, but not fantastic.

Bottle as Lammsbrau Organic Winter Spezial from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours clear light copper with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is lightly bready with a touch of caramel. Flavor is malty, a little bit yeasty, and some, likely noble, hop. It’s a bit herbal. It’s not really dry, but it does finish bitter.

aroma is quite mild, a little caramelly perhaps a little buttery, nutty, grains, alc. bitterness.. but all quite subtle.
flavor is roasted malts, spicy (not spices), grains, bitter caramel, ends a bit weird sweetish bitter.

Bottle. From Ren Kost Jægergårdsgade, Århus. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter slightly diacetylic flavor. Average light bitter finish. OIly palate.
