3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A very correct german pilsner with a medium intense nose and green, grasy aromaes. The palate finishes clean and fresh, and with some length. I miss some concentration and lenght, and it could also have a more complex flavour profile. But a good pilsner

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours cleargolden with a smallish white head. Potent hop aroma, that is quite flowery blends with quite a bit of bread. Good balance between sweetish, bready malts and flowery hop flavours as well. A long time since I have tasted such a good lager.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Delicate hoppy nose with noble hops. Slightly hazy, is it just coarsly filtered? Dry body, a bit on the thin side. Very nice light lager. Highly drinkable.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: SEP 4, 2008 Huge offwhite shiny coarse head. Very faintly hazy yellow body with light carbonation. Chalky, earthy caramel aroma with notes of peas, straw, and rubber. Sweetish chalky straw and caramel taste with a soft mouthfeel. Notes of peas and earth. Dry earthy aftertaste with floral hop notes. Quite a lot of taste. A very good pilsener, and very unusual, although it definitely has the house profile. (0.33l bottle, Meny.)
