chinchill (1757) - South Carolina, USA - AUG 26, 2013
Lammsbrau pils - from a bottle at Atlanta’s 2013 German Bierfest. Looks and feels like a typical German pils, excepting a light haze. The flavor is a bit more distinctive, with an unusual weedy/herbal note that adds character and interest. This is probably due to the use of "whole natural cone hops". Still, not terribly complex of course, but easily recommended for style.

MichaelAwesome (3871) - Wanne-Eickel, North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - AUG 15, 2013
Ein schönes, sehr süffiges und sehr ehrliches Pils. Von Anfang bis ende süffig mit leichten Malz- und Honigaromen. Erfrischend einfach mit leicht brotigem Abgang. Nett, unspektakulär und klassisch gut.

McTapps (3869) - Ruhrcity, North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - AUG 15, 2013
Pours out of the bottle in a clear golden colour with steady low head and medium to crisp body. Nose of hops and citrus. Taste of medium bitter hops, grass, citrus fruits and toast. Well balanced bitterness. Refreshing, easy and nice to drink. Solid Pilsener.

From Cafe Derat. Clear golden with a fluffy white head. Aroma of bready malt, honey and spicy/herbal hops. Flavor is malty with a firm bitterness and clean yeast. Light body with active carbonation. Nice beer, clean and crisp.

mansquito (3336) - Nueva York, New York, USA - APR 9, 2013
New Beer Distributors, NY 33cl ($2): Pours golden with white head. Aroma is slight citrus, grass, and a bit of spice. Taste is somewhat bitter, with a very particular kind of finish. Very clean, yet thoroughly flavorful. For a pilsner, this is not lacking complexity. Easy to drink.

Gutifa (135) - Bad Wurzach, GERMANY - MAR 22, 2013
Clear yellow colour with 2 fingers of white head, bad retention. Aroma is a great surprise! Like smelling the fresh Hallertauer hops: herbal and citrus. In mouth the thing is different. Still more hoppy than the normal pils but you spect more. Also not the typical pils-malt notes. If they can translate this hoppy aroma also to the flavour it can be a great hoppy-pils.

MUbArAKKArAbUM (25) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 3, 2013
11.2 Oz bottle poured into a pilsner flute, nice head some retention, bread, hay, floral, dough. the gold standard for a pilsener I wish it wasn’t so hard to obtain
