Props to MrManning for this 12 oz bottle. Dark reddish amber pour with a big beige head. Head quickly recedes, but never really leaves. Roasty malt nose, a bit sweet, with a slight metallic tinge. Flavor is roasty, almost burnt malts, with the tiniest hint of bitter hop. Like almost none. Not bad, but not great. Thanks Len! You send the most obscure beers, and I LOVE it!

Dark brown colour with a little red poking through and a frothy white head on top. The nose is sweet and malty with just a very light touch of roast. The body is a bit sweet for my tastes with some roastiness in the middle and light bitterness at the end. A moderately good brown ale with a bit too much spritz for it’s own good.

Dark copper colour...aroma is muted, taste slightly sweet without much hop bite. A pleasant session beer, and good with spicy food.

draught. red-copper body with a small white head. earth caramel aroma with light bread notes. flavour is similar with mostly sweet bread and caramel. mild carbonation. it’s fairly average and drinkable.

Hazy brown ale with a big bubbled collapsing light moka head. A rather bizarre nutty aroma with sulfuric notes. In mouth, the beer is redeemed by a peaty smokey malt with slight lactic notes, herbal and slightly oily. Medium bodied.

very nice beer from a very small brewery. head dissipates quickly but the flavor remains to the end. not bitter at all. hints of caramel and nuts (wheat germ?). smooth drinking beer, could drink this one all night if i had to.

Oil brown with a thick foamy head. Nice scent, it smelled thick. Watery taste, but slightly pleasant with some alcohol. Much less malty then advertised.

(Bottle) Courtesy of Lubiere. Pours a thin, white head atop a deep brown body. Very roasted malt nose and flavour with a smokiness to it. Texture was slightly more carbonated than desired. A decent beer.
