probstk (1005), Nepean, Ontario, Canada Sep 30, 2009 473 ml can from LCBO, served cool in a tulip glass.
App.: Deep clear golden with a fair off-white foam that disappears fairly quickly.
Aroma: Some nice bready, biscuity malts, lightly fruity, a touch of cereal/grain/corn, some spicy, floral hops, a little yeast and citrus.
Palate: Medium+ body, moderate effervescence.
Flav.: Similar to the nose with fruity biscuit/bread hops, light yeast, citrus and floral notes, actually borders on a Belgian Ale to me; dry with some bitterness and a light malt finish.
Pretty nice for an Ontario craft lager. mmacleod75 (38), Ontario, Canada Sep 19, 2009 Had to drink this one from the can. Good full flavor with a bit of hops bitterness. Decent overall.
