3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
473ml can pours a copper color with a finger of off-white head that leaves some really nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is caramel and grass. Taste is a grassy hop bitterness with a caramel malty sweetness. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. A decent brew that has a good balance and is tasty and worth checking out.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours hazy deep golden with decent off white head, which doesnít last long. Sweet malt aromas, light butterscotch and faint grassy hop notes. Toffeeish flavours dominate, pleasantly well carbonated and a mildly dry finish with some raisiny flavours in the aftertaste, quite a chewy texture. I quite enjoyed this ale, although it doesnít come close to their 10W30.

Flavour is soft malty sweetness. light fruity hop. Bit one dimensional.
I do like that it clocks in just under 5% though.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
473ml can. Pours medium white head which disappears in minutes. Only slight lace. Mild cider aroma. Amber gold (Lovibond 9/10). Medium carbonation level. Buttery smooth bittersweet taste - great balance, nothing overstated, but definitely not simple. Hops are well isolated, yet the sweet apple taste compliments perfectly. Smooth creamy palate. Nice find! Another great beer from Neustadt.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Amber orange pour with a thin fading head. The aroma is softly malty with a nice touch of light fruit. There is a little bit of diacetyl that I could do without. Its a pretty simple brew and I cant really say it does much for me.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
473ml Can from the LCBO. pours clear orange with a thin white head. Aroma is malty, earthy and mildly hoppy. Creamy body. Somewhat sweet. Has some indistinguishable taste to it that I cannot identify. My friend hated this taste and I loved it. Overall pretty good. Will drink again. I drank this in 2010 & 2011 and found it to be pretty good. Noticing a lot of complaints with earlier batches?
