Almost black with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and caramel. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light roasted bitter finish. 020711

Bottle. Black with small tan head. Flavour is roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, little sweet and a little bitter.

Bottled 500ml. -at Känguruh, Vienna. Brown coloured, medium sized brownish head, sugary caramel nose. Roasted malt, caramel and notes of chocolate with sweet sticky finish. A way too sweet porter without any notes of alcohol.

YNWA, Kolding, DK. Bottle, 020711. Dark brown with beige head. Aroma of roasted malt. Flavor of malt with some odd spice note.

Malzig-cremiger Antrunk, schnell würzig werden, hintergründig ist es aber im Mittelteil etwas wässrig. Dennoch überzeugt die harmonischen Malztöne zusammen mit der dezenten Süße, die aber auch die Herbe nicht außen vor lässt. Im Abgang ist die Malzigkeit weiter führend und wird deutlich röstiger, die Wässrigkeit wird hier zurückgelassen. Lecker würzig, etwas süß, passend. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Bier. Flaske: Brunsort klar øl med et fint skumhoved. Duft af let brændt malt og en fin sødme. Ikke så god som Mord und, men bestemt en fin fin øl der ryger ned uden man aner procenterne. Meget drikbar.

Bottle at home with me pants. Dark brown with a thin tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, some tobacco. Flavour is pretty much the same, thin, malty, little smoke, coffee, sweetness, roasted malts. Doesn’t really slip down too easy. Not for me really.

5 nov 2010, bottle. totally black. great coffee nose. medium body, slightly fizzy. this is a great porter! coffee, dark chocolate, campfire smoke and blueberries. one of the best porters i’ve ever had!
