Aroma of spice, cloves and wet earth. Good looking beer, clear golden color with short lasting well laced white head. Taste of spice with a dry feel and a chalky finish.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from a bottle purchased at Crown Liquor in Indy by suggestion of friend a hazy gold with a thin white head.
Aroma is grass, lemon, black pepper.
Flavor is most unique blend I have consumed in long time. Got the Belgium bread here. Sweet lemongrass (think literally eating it) and a finish of strong black pepper. Fresh clean feel here to palate. Would have never purchased this beer it I read the reviews here. Instead went on faith of friend and was happily surprised I would like such a blend.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma is lemongrass, appearance is a clear honey color with a 1 finger white head that dissipates quickly. Taste is very good. I pick up the saison characteristics, lemongrass, mild sweetness, and a slight corn like finish. Palate is very good. A great summer beer. Just drank my bomber with my wife after a long day outside. I definitely recommend to give this a try on a hot day. Make sure it is very cold.

Bottle, shared with Parksy. Medium golden body, with perfumey lemongrass and cracked peppercorns. Pale malts, perfumey lemongrass, slightly soapy, with a nice peppercorn note in the finish. No heat. Low bitterness. I liked it.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tallahassee, Fl - Whole Foods - 22 oz bomber. Slightly hazy medium copper pour. Muddled aroma - some light spicy notes, some ripening vegetables. Flavor is mellow and uneventful. Some nuttiness, ripening vegetables, a touch of hard to pin down spice - nutmeg perhaps? Mouthfeel is thick enough. Back to the drawing board on this one.

651mL thanks to my cousins for Christmas! Pours a low haze orange amber with excessive, yellowish carbonation with good retention, rocky, sheen. Nose is peppery, yellow apple, scented candle. Taste is overly dry, bland, yellow, very papery. Palate is drained, newspaper, palate suffocating.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
draft...poured a reddish color with white head..nose is Belgian plus plenty of lemon grass. lots of lemon grass. the flavor is lemon grass with peppercorns on the back end and blue agave. the lemon grass is to much for this beer and if you don’t like it you wont like it...simple as that..this beer would go good with a white fish...

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bomber from Liquor Barn, Hurstborne. Sounded like an interesting combination of ingredients, even though I’m not crazy about the brewery. Deep golden pour with a nice fluffy head, light lingering carbonation and lacing. Nose is pretty disjointed, with yeast and spice at the center, but lemongrass and agave pulling in opposite directions. Tug of war continues, accentuated by the thin body, with spice struggling to be noticed amidst what’s almost a mentholated character that (sadly) develops at length. Not so good, I’m afraid.
