SpringsLicker (1824), Tennessee, USA Aug 1, 2007 On tap at Rich O’s Publick House when I stopped on the way to Dark Lord Day.
This pours with a very clear gold body under a thin white head.
Malt dominates the aroma.
The flavor is slightly bitter with a good support from the malt.
Soft carbonation, easy drinking. Optigon (557), Bloomington, Indiana, USA Jul 14, 2007 Pours brown/orange with a minor head. Aroma of caramel, fruit, and chocolate. Moderate mouth feel with a strong hop bitterness. Caramel and fruit undertones carry the hops in a wonderful way. Great IPA!
