Commercial Description: A bigger version of their Elector Ale. American hops and English malt. This is a special "going away" batch from brewer Michael Borchers.
Draft - this is a HUGE beer! Big grass hop nose, I could not stop smelling it. Cloudy reddish body. A good two fingers worth of beige head atop. Despite the "kicking up" of this recipe it retains all of the characteristics of the original Elector - a good thing! I didn’t taste much of the alcohol, but I sure felt it. On an empty stomach a half pint nearly put me under!
