Pour from a 22oz bottle. Clear deep amber brew with generous white head. Aroma of clean earthy - spicy - and aromatic hops. Taste is a little sweet malt, great bittering hops, and nice lingering finish akin to the aroma. An excellent and memorable brew.

Alright, I purchased this 650 ml bottle from "liquor Direct" in Covington, KY - Never one to settle for the ordinaryElsa proves that loving boldly is always in style. True to it’s nature, this Pilsner runs long and powerfully, never gives up, and remains squarely in your memory if you are ever lucky to meet. Packed with Noble hops and Continental malts, Rlsa is truely a legend.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow with fluffy white head. Aroma is weak with bad, stale flavor. Blah.

Bottle. Slight gusher.. had to wait a while before I could drink it. Sweet bready/grainy malt, light fruit, and hay aroma. Hazy golden straw with a ginormous white head. Spicy grassy hops, light citrus, and sweet bready malt flavor. Medium body and very lively carbonation.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a very large sized head of frothy medium to large sized white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a uncarbonated very hazy dark orange colored body and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was malty and musty. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and strongly tingly at the finish. The deep flavor contained notes of mild citrus hops and malt. Delicious and one I would certainly like to have again.

Bomber pours a murky copper/orange with some sediment and a huge off-white head. Aroma of slightly soapy yeast and hops, mellow grass and graham cracker honey malt. Wow what a bright crisp taste, stings the tongue, fresh grassy hops, yeast, grain, and caramel malt. I love Pilsners and I’m usually not a fan of Imp Pils but this one is exceptional, well balanced all around and delicious!

22oz bottle in a Trappist glass. Pours golden with a lacy, white head. Aroma of caramel and pale malts with a good amount of floral hops. Flavor has a lot of malts. Smooth texture. A good beer for the style.

22oz bomber purchased at New Albanian Brewing Company poured into a pilsner flute glass. Pours a dark, hazy copper with a small white head and lots of lacing. Aroma of wheat, malts, barley, hay, and raisins. Taste is pretty much the same as aroma except with a bit of lemon and orange zest. Alcohol is masked pretty well, but still a very strong taste with a heavy body. Not exactly what I would call crisp or refreshing. Bitter but tasty finish. Well balanced beer here that packs a bit of a punch!

A pretty useless take on the already nearly useless style. Hay, misuse of hops. Boring.

22oz bottle from Louisville Beer Store in Louisville, KY. Pours a lightly hazed, golden colored body with a big, three finger-width, foamy, white head that collapses slowly and leaves a moderate soapy lacing. Aroma is medium sweet grains and bready, crackery pils malts with a crisp grass giving off a light citrus. Flavor is better with much more of a citrus grass character throughout. Some grainy pils malts with a lightly sweetened, crackery breadiness before this finishes crisp and dry with a moderate, grassy citrus bitterness. Lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and a higher, somewhat lively carbonation. Overall, this is definitely not one of my favorite styles, but it was tasty and enjoyable enough. Grassy citruses with a crackery, bready pils malt backing that finishes crisp and dry. Not bad.
