COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Session India Pale Ale. Malts: Rahr 2-Row and Simpson Aromatic. Hops: AU Galaxy (100%) … mash hops, late whirlpool, and dry hopping; no hops in the boil, Yeast: House Ale. This means you, hipster. David Pierce, NABC’s Director of Brewing Operations, has been telling young punks to get off his lawn since long before he even had a lawn. Back then, we didn’t have craft beer. Now we use it to mow our lawns once the hipsters are gone.

Draft. Clear golden body with a frothy white head. Aroma of resin, pine, orange peel, toasted grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Taste of resinous raw hops, pine, grapefruit, citrus. Good and bitter but a bit thin. Still, this is impressive for 4.5%. Flavorful and crisp.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light orange with a thick white head. Aroma of grassy, garlicky hops and bitter citrus. Flavor of garlicky hops, caramel malt, light citrus. Compared to the hoppy pale ale I was just drinking, this is a little sweeter and maltier with not as big a hop presence. Definitely sessionable but not as light and crisp as I was expecting. 7/4/7/4/14 (3.6/5)

Draft at the source. Hazy pale yellow color, white head. Aroma of floral grass. Very tasty snd flavorful florsl grass. Thought this one would be a lawnmower lager, very pleasantly surprised!

Tap at brewery. Piney orange hops and pineapple aroma, Gold with a small white head. Caramel malt and piney citrus hops flavor. Medium body. Nice easy drinking IPA
