FastEddie (146), Louisville, Kentucky, USA Jan 13, 2008 Aroma of smoky orange. Flavor is orangey citrus hops. This is a classic if you’re really in the mood for that citrus hops flavor. Really, really nice stuff. TheBeerOrg (1371), Kentucky, USA Sep 10, 2007 Pours burnished golden with a fully receding white head. Aroma of fresh hops, lite smoke, and light graininess. Taste is fresh hops, light spiciness from the rye, and only a hint of smoke. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and lightly resinous. I think they were worried too much rauch would scare the Hoosiers, so they made the beer hoppy instead.
