4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a hazy dark orange colored body and an excellent lacing. The mild aroma was hoppy. The thick mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a strong hoppy aftertaste. The deep flavor contained notes of hops. A wonderful best in class brew. An excellent example of an I2PA.

Draft at the source. Clear golden color, thick white head, solid lacing. Aroma of wet grass and subtle scallions. Taste is bitter grass and a hint of fruit and licorice. Very nice start to a weekend beer trip!

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This was definitely on the maltier end of DIPAs, very sweet and rich, with a lot of hops. The Bride said that it tasted like Fall, which I kinda get. Smooth, sweet and almost decadent. I liked it...

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
22oz bottle. Clear amber with a thick, foamy, beige head and some lacing. Aroma of pine, caramel, lemon, herbal tea and toast. Flavor is toasty malt, medium hop bitterness, fruity yeast esters and no alcohol presence. Medium body with soft carbonation. Nice IIPA, seems more on the English style but really good.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber thanks to queenholly, pours a murky copper/orange with small white head. Aroma is yeasty and heavy on toffee malts. Taste has a bite hop spice into caramel and toffee malts with some bitterness and light citrus. An English IPA with almost a barley wine flavor. A bit lacking on hops however.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle:   Orangish straw, hazy, thin to moderate frothy sandy head, spotty lacing.   Citrusy hopped nose, a little bit candied.   Smells inviting.   Soft citrusy hops on the tongue, mildly sweet, a little candied citrus peel.   Surprisingly light for a 10.7% ABV.   Some dank and musty notes.   Not bright, but clean, comes across as a majorly strong English IPA.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Lingering musty candied citrus peel notes.   Enjoyable.   Thanks for the bottle Jeff!

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A - Pours a hazy golden-orange color with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down fairly slowly leaving behind some nice lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of grapefruit, pineapple, citrus, and pine hops with some caramel and biscuit malts.
T - Starts off with grapefruit, tropical, and citrus hops with some bitterness and some sweet caramel malts. Through the middle, some pine and floral hops come through with some more bitterness and some biscuit malts. The finish is a mix of grapefruit, grassy, and floral hops with bitterness and some sweet bready malts.
M - Medium-plus bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a dry and bitter finish.
D - Very drinkable. Nice hop profile and bitterness throughout. Great overall balance with good body.
