COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian Rye Wit. Those hardy immigrant gnomes who came from the venerable hills of the Ardennes to take up residence beneath the mysterious Knobs of Southern Indiana get lonely, too. That’s why NABC gave them Tunnel Vision, a potion reminiscent of home, and sufficiently versatile for consumption in all seasons — and on all continents.

Amber pour with a white head. The aroma is full of toffee, biscuit and grass. The flavor is biscuit, toffee, lemons, grapes and nuts. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Very malty aroma - slightly fruity, earthy but not dry. Flavor follows. Heavy malty sweetness, some fruity yeast notes. Finish is sweet with some toasted nuttiness and a light earthy bitterness. Low carbonation, light/medium body.

Bomber courtesy of Atom after my Tide took care of his ’Domers :) Being that I am a New Albanian...of the Mississippi tribe, I was anxious to try this one. Poured a pretty copper with a pillowy white head. Slight aroma of caramel and tree pulp. Flavor is yeasty and phenolic, with peaches, banana, and herbs. Interesting, with prickly carbonation, but a bit disjointed and not the easiest drinker.

I like it. Clear amber pour. Expected it to be hazy. Nice white head with caramel aroma. Taste has burnt caramel, malt, hops and spice. Yes, the word spice is generic. I am familiar with it but the name escapes me. Maybe a nutmeg/cinnamon mix. Pretty good.

Draft at the source. Hazy amber color, small tan head. Aroma of caramel. Taste is boozy burnt caramel. Sweet stuff.

Aroma is spices, Belgian yeast and a hint of vegetables. The flavor is rye and barley malts, an undercurrent of spice, a hint of citrus, mild sweetness and a tart finish.

(22oz bomber) rich amber/red, lasting fine creamy white head. Nose of spices, Belgian yeast, paper, sort of nondescript. Taste of paper, stone fruit, Belgian yeast, peach, dry and well carbonated.
