Alpine might be small, but their brewing chops are mighty. We teamed up to create this triple dry-hopped imperial IPA bursting with Columbus, Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe hops. Consider yourself a hero for getting an Alpine beer outside of San Diego.

Strong pine and citrus smell and taste. Slight taste of honey. Bitter but not overwhelming. Okay. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

22 oz. brown bomber bottle. Poured out a hazy tangerine color, with no head at all. Sticky lacing left down the side of the glass. Aromas are hops. Pine trees, not the real kind, but those things you stick in your car to cover up a puke smell are dominant. Sickening resin flavors ruin what could have been a decent beer. No malt aromas or flavors. A hop bomb for certain. Alcohol is well hidden. Tastes like licking a rusty can lid. Not my cup of tea for sure.

Grassy aroma, tastes of grapefruit and seaweed. Small bodied, not very impressive

Bomber from Cedar Bluff Discount Wine in Knoxville. Orange-gold pour with fluffy white head and lots of lacing. Aroma is citrus, grass and pine. Tastes are tropical fruit, citrus rind, light candied sugar, bread, sweet malts, grass, caramel. Moderately bitter. Nice creamy medium palate. Little dry in the finish. Very drinkable. Wish I had more.

Clean toasty aroma like fresh toasted multigrain bread. Mixed in the nose is a piney citrus hops note. Pours in the glass looking like a classic continental pilsner albeit a bit darker golden. Flavor notes are the same as the aroma but with a distinct banana aftertaste. Overall, not bad... complex but easy.

Bomber. Pours a rich golden color with a nice creamy off white head. Aromas of orange, maybe tangerine (not grapefruit!) hops, some malt, and some funky cat piss? Dont be scared. Sweet citrus and pine hoppiness stand out. Add a little malt and spice to round things out. Medium mouthfel, somewhat slick. Nice.

Bottle. Deep yellow body with a frothy, off-white head, mostly lasting. Aroma of toasted grain, resin, sugar, soap. The flavor is moderately to heavily sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium to full body, creamy texture turning syrupy, lively carbonation. Lots of resinous hops that overshadow anything else that might be in this beer. Too sweet, rough, alcoholic in the finish.

(bottle - STLCOB end of year tasting) gold with very little white head. Aroma of pine hops and some malt. Flavor is bready malt with tons of resiny/citrus hops. Well balanced, don’t notice the alchol too much.
