COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Accumulation White IPA was inspired by the white beauty that falls each winter from our Colorado sky. Flurries of Mosaic and Amarillo hops bring soft fruit and citrus flavor, followed by a layer of bitter. Piled high in IBUs, Accumulation will make your winter brighter.

Hints of grapefruit with a lingering bitter after taste. Pours a evervescence golden with a slight haziness and a little lace.

This was a sleeper beer to me. I didnít expect much from this one. Aroma is earthy herbal hops, rain-soaked dirt, citrus rind. Flavor is all hops. Juicy, herbal hops with some citrus. The only complaint I have is it feels like it needs a hint more malt to balance it out.

12oz bottle. Poured a hazy golden color with a large white head. Aroma was light grapefruit, banana notes, some straw with a touch of Belgian yeast. Flavor was light straw, with some lemony notes, light cloves. Yeasty. Pretty tasty.

Having grown up on the southwest side of Chicago while still living in the area, Iím not too fond of the name of this beer. Itís snowing and itís not even Thanksgiving! I will try not to let that bias my rating.
It has a nice pour, a pale yellow body with a rocky, creamy head and provides sheets of lace. The aroma has grapefruit and zest, lemon pips, and a touch of cat box. The taste4 is flaky bread and plenty of citrus hops as in the aroma. Alas! The bitterness is only moderate. Boot that up a bit and Iíll drink this regularly.

Winter winner from NB. Basically you toss Mosaic hops into just about anything and Iím sure Iíll be all over it. Brilliant spiced up IPA here for $9 a 6er.

Golden yellow color with a modest white head. Aroma is of subtle citrus and taste starts as traditional pale ale then finishes with the full blown IPA bitterness. Finish is clean and crisp. Very nice!

Aroma is clove, citrus and grapefruit. Taste is light sweet malts with light caramel and honey notes. Hop balance is very good and not overpowering. No tanin on tongue afterwards. Appearance is a cloudy straw with a thin pearl head that retains fairly well.

Highly drinkable, well balanced white IPA with enough bite to stand up to the cold winter nights but hops kept in check enough to make an all-day beer

Bottle Chris brought from Ohio. Pours pale yellow with a medium white head with spidery lasting lacing. Aromas of grapefruit, black pepper, biscuit, and a hint of bubblegum. Medium body, dry, velvety. A suggestion of sweet and citrus up front with a medium bitter finish that lingers. A solid brew and sessionable.

(12oz bottle) clear gold, soapy white bubbles. Nose of funk, fairly hoppy, spices, orange peel, Amarillo, and coriander. Taste of light wheat, coriander, moderate alpha acid, easy to drink.
