COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Accumulation White IPA was inspired by the white beauty that falls each winter from our Colorado sky. Flurries of Mosaic and Amarillo hops bring soft fruit and citrus flavor, followed by a layer of bitter. Piled high in IBUs, Accumulation will make your winter brighter.

UPDATED: DEC 18, 2015 Really great combo of hops in the aroma and flavor; pale yellow color, slightly hazy with a large, lasting, puffy head; soft wheat maltiness that stays out of the way; I really like the Mosaic and Amarillo blend - itís flavorful, but not over the top, smooth even bitterness, extremely balanced; medium light to medium body, soft and smooth texture; very flavorful and overly drinkable, great flavor and texture, a joy to drink.

Bottle pour; pale straw colored pour; pleasingly sweet with crisp fairly short-lived hops finish.

Pours clear, light golden color, with excellent lacing. Aroma of lemon peel and fresh cut grass. Heavy on the bitterness but finishes pretty clean. Pretty good beer but doesnít scream winter seasonal.

On tap at Patís Tap. Pours a near clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has notes of sweet wheat and sweet citrus with a touch of grass underlying. Flavor is grass and sweet wheat forward with some citrus underlying.

Pours a soft yellow color, lemonade maybe. You could call it white, but thatís reaching. A little hazy. About one finger white head. Pretty nice lacing. Some retention.

Aroma is grapefruit juice. Fresh bursts of floral hops. Smells great.

Taste is fresh, lively. Itís citrusy and bitter like you would expect from an IPA, but itís perhaps not as bitter as most. Thereís also some fruit in there also. There are some sort of spices in this, perhaps "winter" spices, although I canít single out anything in particular. This is quite well carbonated, and I think that plays into the flavor a lot. This is pretty well balanced, but I canít quite detect the malts, it might even have some wheat in it. The bitterness seems to come from earthy hops. Pretty complex, but tasty.

Mouthfeel is medium to full. Itís crisp and very dry. Bitter, yes, but it doesnít taste as bitter as many IPAs that Iíve had. I could totally session several of these, but most people probably couldnít.

Overall, Iím having some trouble rating this. I like this quite a lot. As Iím finishing this, there is some great lacing bottom to top on the glass. This is better than I expected. I think I would recommend this. If I were dreaming of a white IPA, this would be it!

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear gold with light head. Aromas of bright tropical fruit pineapples and melons plus gummy bears. Flavors of citrus, resin, and lots of tropical fruit. Maybe some coriander and white pepper. Light bitter finish. Nice
