Accumulation White IPA was inspired by the white beauty that falls each winter from our Colorado sky. Flurries of Mosaic and Amarillo hops bring soft fruit and citrus flavor, followed by a layer of bitter. Piled high in IBUs, Accumulation will make your winter brighter.

Location/Date:Bottle on 11/21/2013.

Appearance: Pours a nearly clear yellow.
Aroma: Aroma of light pine.
Taste: Light bitterns, some citrus, light wheat.
Palate:Light body, quick finish.

Summary: Pretty much what I expected out of a white IPA, although lighter on the wheat side. A solid beer, although I’m unsure if this would be better in winter or summer with a different name for advertising purposes.

Tangerine/lemon citrus and earthy yeast aroma. Similar citrus flavor--plus a lot of orange/orange peel. Some of the yeast flavor, but not as prominent. Subtle minty flavor. Light bready malt, and moderate bitterness.

Pours a light straw color with bright white head. Might be just slightly hazy. I really like the mosaic hops in this. The fruitiness of the hops really makes this tasty and provides a nice contrast to the Amarillo hops. The slight sweetness from the malt ties this all together. Very good.

Firkin Houston... Pours nicely from tap, light gold yellowish hue, somewhat cloudy with foamy head. Aroma has hoppy citrus notes, and some pine. Fresh first sip...hop aftertaste bite. Palate is clean. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Fabulous, its got a great amount of malts and great bitter spiciness with the hops. the color is light but it reminds me of a great wit bier. It has just the right amount of everything you want from this style
