Accumulation White IPA was inspired by the white beauty that falls each winter from our Colorado sky. Flurries of Mosaic and Amarillo hops bring soft fruit and citrus flavor, followed by a layer of bitter. Piled high in IBUs, Accumulation will make your winter brighter.

Keg at the Green Dragon, PDX, 11/11/14. Clear pale golden with a decent white cap. Nose is pale malts, straw, citric peel, orange, light hops. Taste comprises juicy hops - much more prominent than the nose, melon, light mineral trace, straw, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Citrus hops dominate the nose. Clear pour with a thick white head. Leaves nice lacing. Taste is citrus hops and pale malt. Palate is a little watery but you could drink this all day. Overall a good white ipa. Balanced.

Pours yellowish with a moderate white head that leaves some loose lacing. Citrusy, firm hop bitterness, but light in the body and quite refreshing. There’s just a little malt, which I like. Like a very light, mild bread. Complimentary straw and soft herbal character blends nicely with the stronger citrus component. Definitely could see this working well in the spring and summer but it’s good now too.

Bottle from a Wild Plum shop in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Pours an unclear pale yellow with a small white head that leaves a medium lacing. The taste is an interesting mixture of the wheat, lemon and coriander of a white beer, and the fruity citrus hops of an IPA. The taste is on the sweet end without compromising the bitterness of an IPA nor the slight acidity of a white. The palate is medium with a rather dry finish. Very interesting, I never had anything like this before.

Pours very light yellow with thin white head (almost like a fizzy lager). Aroma is sweet fragrant fruit or spice, very nice. Taste is sweet malt, low on bitterness. Love this seasonal!

Bottle from ABC. Pours a shimmering gold with a frothy, bright white head; very full and lasts throughout. Lacing is excellent. Love the small visible particles, too. Aromas are overwhelmingly citrus, pine, floral. Almost a lemon taste; not very bitter at all, and smooth all the way down. Pretty thin and dry on the finish, but really enjoyable overall. Acquire.
