Accumulation White IPA was inspired by the white beauty that falls each winter from our Colorado sky. Flurries of Mosaic and Amarillo hops bring soft fruit and citrus flavor, followed by a layer of bitter. Piled high in IBUs, Accumulation will make your winter brighter.

Draft at Keystone in Clifton, served in a brand new New Belgium goblet. Pours a pale yellow-gold, a little cloudy, with a medium foamy white head that leaves heavy lace in the glass. Notes of lemon citrus, pale and crackery malts, grass, herbs, and the faintest hint of peppery spice. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation. Very light and clean. White IPA- that makes sense. I thought this would be a more wintery spiced kind of IPA, not that I was disappointed with the result. Good beer.

Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a more thin white head. The aroma has lemon, grapefruit, floral hops, and some caramel as well. The taste is a bit sweet. It has lemon, mild pine and grapefruit, floral and herbal hops, and some spice. Short lemony and spicy aftertaste. This one is more light in body, with sticky texture. Carbonation is a bit lively, though below average for an IPA. I find this very easy to drink. It isn’t bad, though I would choose others for either a Winter Seasonal or an IPA.

Bottle purchased at tucan market las cruces nm Pours lightly hazy orange hue with a small sudsy soapy rocky white head and lite lacing. Nose is full citrus slightly leafy tropical slight spice element (gop). Flavors do not match the nose some lite citrus but mostly mushy maltprofile and not all that well put together somewhat muddled. short grainy and lightly citric finish. So overall nose is way better than flavors.

Fizzy with some spice, kind of watery with a bitter aftertaste. Very refreshing. Pretty decent overall, definitely not a bad buy.

Hazy straw colored pour. Small white head. Pretty good amount of lacing given the small head. Hoppy lemony aroma. Malty flavor up front followed by a corky taste and spices. Not bad. Dry.

Draft at Alonso’s. Pours piss yellow. Small white head, great lacing. My nose is clogged, so I can’t smell anything, so I won’t lie. Flavor is thin, light, hoppy bitterness aftertaste. Mouthfeel is... light. Quaffable, but not especially memorable.

Bottle. Soapy citrusy hops and herbal/spice aroma. Hazy yellow with a large white head. Citrusy piney hops, light biscuity malt and subtle herbal/spice flavor. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation.

A nice seasonal release from New Belgium. With the flood of porters and barrel aged beers floating around this time of year, it’s nice to see someone attempting a different style for the season. While nothing remarkable, I have enjoyed plenty of this beer sitting by the fireplace watching a movie or a game. At $12 for a 12 pack, you can’t go wrong for a tasty winter beer.
