COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Accumulation White IPA was inspired by the white beauty that falls each winter from our Colorado sky. Flurries of Mosaic and Amarillo hops bring soft fruit and citrus flavor, followed by a layer of bitter. Piled high in IBUs, Accumulation will make your winter brighter.

Pours a light clear golden color with hint of suds for head. Light fruit hop aroma. Earthy meets fruity hop character and light bodied, clean finish.

Pours a soft pale white with two fingers of rocky white head. Nose is soft and fruity with some floral and spicy character showing. Very lean and dry in the flavor with the spice and bitterness being accentuated. Has a weird ’poultry’ character in the flavor. Not too sure what I think about this.

Pours a straw yellow color with white head. Citrus and light fruits on the nose, with a little amount of flowery hops; follow onto the palate.

Bottle. Pours a pale straw color (looks like Miller Lite), thin white head with okay retention and lacing. Nose is grainy malts, some floral hops, wet cardboard, piss. Mouth is medium bodied up front, then gets watery, grass, some grapefruit, bread with bitterness throughput. Sadly, this is about what I’ve come to expect from NB beers: average.

Draft @ Oneill’s, Harrisonburg VA: Lemon nose, subtle coriander. Clear gold, medium head, good lace. Wheatgrass flavor, DMS. Grassy, light body. Weak overall, but sufficiently hoppy. Not a lot of wit character.

Bottle. Pours light gold. Very clear. Nose is lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit. Taste is crisp and hoppy. A very refreshing IPA.

This is cloudy yellow in the glass with a long-lasting white head of mixed bubbles. The nose on this is nothing social, just a touch of lavender baby powder, but some honey sweet malt character brings out a juicy tangerine note from the hops. This sweetness dots get to be a bit much after a while though, making the beer feel a bit sticky and heavy after a while. This works alright overall and comes of pretty much as a normal IPA but it’s just not a great one.

Had on tap. Pours clear light golden yellow with white head. Aromas of citrus, belgain yeast, some wheat. Flavors of citrusy hops, wit yeast, some grain, and bit of bitterness in the end. Citrus and mosaic sounded great, but was not that impressed.

From the bottle, this combo style is more ipa and less Belgian, nice light body packs a surprising hoppy lemony sweetness. I drank a few of these on draft at the pub this fall while watching an almost magical Broncos campaign...how will next season taste?!
