Tallahassee, Fl - ABC Fine Wine & Spirits - 12 oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy light golden with a soft snow white head that leaves a light bit of lacing. Aroma is sweet and succulent with some light notes of spruce, some juicy passion fruit. Full bodied flavor with some light bitter citrus notes, some mango fruitiness, a touch of maple syrup sweetness. Mouthfeel has a nice stickiness to it. Excellent.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle to pint. Looks decent; a transparent gold with white head that dissipates into lacing. Smells and tastes of citrus hops with a nice, light mouthfeel. Good beer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sampled on 11/15/2013 using a Sierra Nevada IPA Glass. This IPA pours a medium orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is piney and grapefruity, fruity and tropical. A medium to light bodied India Pale Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are grapefruity and citrusy with some tropical and pine. Lively carbonation. Interesting balance between the malts, yeasts and hops. Somewhat like a wit, but hopped like a double IPA. Not your traditional winter beer beer, it much lighter in body and malts than one would expect, yet the hoppiness tend to linger so it is sort of working for me. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is bitter.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pale, clear yellow, with a huge white head. Iím also giving a bonus appearance point for the Airstream on the label. Smells citrusy, with a pronounced herbal, spicy note. Flavor is citrus, with a good deal of herbal. Nicely light bodied - a bold choice for a winter seasonal. Nice mix of herbs and wood.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Slightly hazy medium gold color with a fluffy white head. Doughy citrus nose with some nice floral notes. This tastes of orange rinds and bread crust. There is also a little bit of old dusty leather on the back end. A little bit of woodiness throughout each drink. A middle of the road beer in carbonation. Moderately hopped with some bite to the carbonation. I like this one.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This bottled brew from a grocery store poured a head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a softly carbonated slightly hazy yellow white colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The mild aroma was musty. The crisp mouth feel was very tingly at the start and at the finish with a mellow spicy aftertaste. The sharp flavor contained notes of rye mild citrus mild spice herbal crisp and hops. An OK brew just nothing special.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
12 ounce bottle from Hayduke. We had it together through facebook chat. This beer is very hazy white gold and has a white head. First sniff brought a lot of citrus. This is a tasty beer. IPA notes are citrus and tropical fruit and they are perfect. Belgian notes are yeast and funk. This is just a bit sour. Tropical fruit, including pineapple, is in the finish. Malts are very much an afterthought. This was so very pleasant.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
So, Iíve decided that I pretty much love Mosaic hops - put them in your beer, and youíre likely to get at least a .2 bump in a rating from me - this is a surprisingly light and clean IPA for a winter seasonal - those mosaic hops shine quite nicely in the nose - low carbonation - a bit sweet, but clean - not a lot of complexity, but as a showcase of the hops, it works okay - quite a sweet finish - good, but even as a lover of these hops, it might not be a repeat purchase.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle: The aroma consists of light-moderate grapefruit, light citrus, tropical fruit, lemon peel, and a touch of pepper. It pours a transparent dull gold with a one finger white head that leaves behind a lot of sticky webbing on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with peach, apricot, citrus, and faint bubblegum. The finish has light grapefruit, herbal hops, lemon solvent, and a touch of pepper. Itís light-medium bodied with light-moderate carbonation and a somewhat soft mouthfeel. Overall, the flavors just donít see to mesh and lemon solvent is always off putting.
