COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Accumulation White IPA was inspired by the white beauty that falls each winter from our Colorado sky. Flurries of Mosaic and Amarillo hops bring soft fruit and citrus flavor, followed by a layer of bitter. Piled high in IBUs, Accumulation will make your winter brighter.

Poured from the bottle of a twelver into a pint glass. This beer has a really think foam and is very crisp. I like beer that is different, I taste coconut, basil, whole wheat pancakes, cheddar cheese, blueberry yogurt, some frosted mini wheat, possibly a steak dinner, wow I really like this beer.

Drank from bottle. Aroma is heavy on the grapefruit, no grassy or piney smells present. Taste is mango, peach, and grapefruit. Semi-sweet, light bodied, light carbonation. Slight bitterness on the after taste. Not bad, I like the strong grapefruit flavor. Good and serviceable brew

Xavalias (212) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 29, 2015
Bottle from a Wild Plum shop in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Pours an unclear pale yellow with a small white head that leaves a medium lacing. The taste is an interesting mixture of the wheat, lemon and coriander of a white beer, and the fruity citrus hops of an IPA. The taste is on the sweet end without compromising the bitterness of an IPA nor the slight acidity of a white. The palate is medium with a rather dry finish. Very interesting, I never had anything like this before.

A nice balance between a white and a solid IPA. Poured into an IPA glass, comes out a hazy straw with a clinging, lingering head. Citrus and pine hops come through on the nose. Fairly simple hop and malt character in the mouth with an expected wit effervescence leaving a clean front palate and resilient hops on the back. A solid pale for a cold day. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @ Old Chicago, nice golden color with a small white head; faint aroma of floral hops; taste is a big floral note up front that carries on for a while; lively carbonation and a medium body. Very nice and similar to the old 2 Below.

Bottle. Pours straw colored with a frothy white head. Aromas of floral hops--pine and citrus. Flavors are citrus, pine, bready tones and slight pineapple. Clean finish. Light to slightly oily on the palate. Actually, not a great example of an IPA, but an enjoyable beer nonetheless.
