4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Silky smooth, piney and aeromatic... This IPA ranks up there with the big boys! There is only a subtle bittersweet presence of hops and this delicate balance of spice dangles innocently on the tongue. Watch out for this sneaky bastard. Quite lovely and dayum luscious!

Subtle citrus aroma with a light clean body. No dank, earthy tones. One of my 2 favorite go to beers.

I love this seasonal from New Belgium. It goes down almost like a wheat beer, but itís got a lot more complexity and the citrus is strong. Iím surprised this is a "winter" beer. Itís what Iíd want on a hot summer day. (Thankfully, I live in Florida, so itís not even close to being winter yet). Hooray for New Belgium coming to the Sunshine State!

Floral with sweet hoppiness. Not overpowering and very approachable White IPA. Better as it warmed to 46.

Accumulation White IPA was inspired by the white beauty that falls each winter from our Colorado sky. Flurries of Mosaic and Amarillo hops bring soft fruit and citrus flavor, followed by a layer of bitter. Piled high in IBUS, Accumulation will make your winter brighter.

Pours a nice light golden color. You can certainly smell the dry hops. Not your sticky linger in your mouth hop explosion , that some IPAs have. Subtle, citrusy and dry is more like it for this wonderful White IPA. Enjoy!

12oz. Btl. Pours slightly hazy and almost yellow in color. Froth is minimum and fizziness is heavy. Aroma is citrus grapefruit hints. Taste is very bitter and again citrus notes paints the palate. Flavor is strong and lingers long after swallow. Great Beer from the guys/girls in Fort Collins.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Interesting and fun beer. The winter spice bombs get old so having a crisp and hoppy and very pale IPA is cool. Grainy malt and citrus hops on the nose. Almost wit-like white in color. Straw yellow and cloudy with a thin white head and a little lacing. Citrus hops dominate the taste with some hop spiciness and lingering bitterness and honey like malt flavor. Light to medium body.

This is nice, if not a strange choice for a winter seasonal. But then, I usually like drier lighter styles in the winter, rather than the big sweet beers, even when its cold and Iím not lingering in the Florida heat. But I like this beer in any season. The hop nose is fresh, citrusy lemon rind and grapefruit juice. Malts are soft fruity, dry finish. As an aside, this is a great beer for food, I had it with spicy tacos loaded with serranos and it helped with the heat. I could easily imagine it going with burgers and pizza or hot wings, or even spicy thai food and curries.
