Pour on tap at Avery Sourfest, dark brownish pour with white head, aroma brought notes of tart fruit, roast, hints of vinegar, oak, slight earthy notes into a mix of smoke, whiskey, slight dark fruits in there. Taste is a mix of dark fruit, roast, some slight earth, smoke, hints of tart fruit, oak, slight vinegar into a bit of funk, finishing fairly sweet, slightly tart.

Tap at 4th Annual Boulder SourFest (2013). Murky amber pour with a small white head and good lacing. Tannin, peach skin, oaky, lightly spicy, whisky, and cherry-like aroma. Taste is caramel, toffee, tart fruits, light vinegar, somewhat woody, good spice, peaches, and green apples with a medium tart finish. Light body with Medium carbonation. Tasty, for sure.

On tap at Avery Sour Fest poured a hazy gold with a small lingering off white head. Aromas of straw, citrus, horseblanket and oak. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry tar finish. Flavors of straw,horseblanket and light citrus with a crisp dy tart lingering funky straw finish.
