lagermonkey (597), Marietta, Georgia, USA Jan 18, 2007 Pour really pale gold into the New Belgium pilsener glass. Big frothy white head and lots of sheeting lace in the side of the glass. Smells of herbal noble hops and faint sourness of pale malt.
Taste is dominated by strong noble hops. Hops in the finish and linger in the aftertaste. Crisp and clean mouth. Refreshing and tasty, a nice domestic pilsener.
