Unearth your bottle-opener because this Pale Ale is something you can Dig. Sorachi Ace hops provides a fresh Spring zing with incredible lemon aroma. Nelson Sauvin is next in line with bursts of passion fruit, mango and peach. American favorites, Cascade and Centennial round out this crisp, clean Pale Ale. Dig in!

bottle. clear light amber with a quickly-dying off-white head. the sorachi ace provide a strong lemon character and the nelson sauvin adds more fruitness (generic, not exactly passion fruit / mango / etc). saccharine sweet and oily / syrupy / filmy on the tongue. bready but lifeless and stale wheat-cracker malt is a bit rough and husky. all-together a rather boring, forgettable and lifeless beer.

A clear, golden-amber pour with a white head. The aroma is a little spicy, but also with a touch of sweet bread. The light body has a thin texture with average carbonation. It has a mildly bitter taste, but it lacks any real flavor.

Bottle. Purchased at Kroger, newest shipment. Poured pint glass. Wow this is a great APA! Aroma is mostly pine and the color is a faded Amber red. No lacing and pours an appetizing foamy head. The taste is one that rivals my favorite APA, 3 Floyd’s Alpha King.. crisp, clean finish and refreshing. A 65 degree day here in Nashville today. Perfect beer for a sign of spring!!

Copper color with a white head. The aroma is pine, caramel, and oranges. The flavor is rather bitter with some citrus and caramel. Well balanced with some malt presence. Overall this is a good pale ale.

12 oz. bottle. Orangish amber pour with a medium white head. Aroma features the typical New Belgium doughy malt, some citrus and mango hops. Mild peach, some tea, a few notes of bread dough malt. Some caramel. Flavor is doughy, mild tea and citrus. Some pine, lemongrass. Pretty simple and unspectacular. However, it’s drinkable. Sessionable.

Draft @ Conyers Mellow Mushroom. Pours a golden amber orange. Aroma is sweet citrusy hops. Taste is bright citrus hops with a light crispness about it. Still has a decent caramel malt backbone. Damn this is going to be a good beach beer (although way too early right now).
