Pours a clear light amber color with a thin layer of whitish head. Aroma is caramel and nutty. Kind of smells like a chocolate chip granola bar. Fairly light-bodied with more of sweet and smoky nuttiness. A good Colorado staple for any occasion.

It's New Belgium's signature. What can I say. It's a pleasing amber ale that needs to be served ice cold and will keep you happy.

Bottle, from fat tire and friends mix pack. Biscuity malt aroma with some citrus hop notes and a little bit of caramel. Pours amber colored with a thin off white head that has some retention and decent lacing. Starts with biscuity malt flavors with a bit of nuttiness as well. Finishes smooth with a bit of caramel and citrus hops. Nice amber.

Nice Amber color, nice head that stays, and laces the glass. Pleasant caramel tones, and a somewhat sweet, hoppy finish. I had the draft version, looking to try the bottled version. Hope it’s as good!

Quite pleasant caramel and ester aroma. Taste on the other hand is much more empty and flat. It’s easy drinking but does not give much of fun while drinking it. It’s just ok.
