12 oz bottle. Deep red and clear with a pinkish white head. Aroma is mostly raspberry fruitiness with floral, toasty, earthy and woody notes. Similar flavor with a nice malt presence, nuts, caramel, light chocolate. Tart and kind of sweet, pretty easy to drink with a semi-dry finish. Pretty tasty.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz single bottle at home - Pours a gorgeous, clear crimson red color with a fizzy off white head. Aroma is faint fruit and a little sulfur. Flavor and body are subtle and thin. Tart cherry / raspberry notes are nice, the finish is dry and a little boring. The label says raspberry brown ale which I find a little misleading seeing that in appearance and flavor this beer has nothing to do with a brown ale. Not much going on here but itís not a bad beer by any means.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Smells of raspberry and roasted malt. Raspberry is not sweet, sugars fermented out, but flavor is great. Very enjoyable Iíve the brown ale base. Get a bit of a bitter finish from the brown ale base. This is a great winter beer. Enjoy it much more than the traditional winter spiced beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled. Very red pour, translucent, with a light tan head. The aroma is of fresh raspberries, light malty notes also. The taste is pretty full bodied and finished quite dry, slight taste of raspberry with a very malty finish. Overall a mild raspberry brown ale.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Not a bad fruit beer. The raspberry is apparent in the nose and at the end of the taste. Caramel, some brown sugared sweetness as well.

Good. Sweet. Raspberries. Good, sweet, raspberries. Not as good as the Founders (or is it Bell's?) raspberry beer, but if you like raspberries that are sweet, and good, this is your beer. My mom would like this beer. B-

Bottle I got as an extra in a trade a long time ago from someone I canít remember. Pours dark brown with off white head. Nose and taste of raspberries, caramel, berry juice and grainy malt. Some cocoa. Lighter medium body. Soft carbonation.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Poured a clear red hue w/ light pink ring fully diminishing. Faint aroma. Tastes like watery Raspberry Nerds candy. Light sweet front & light sour finish. Watery mouthfeel and zero warmth from the alcohol make this a very deceptive drink. Not complex, perfect when you want a weak raspberry flavor because that is the one note this beer strikes.
