Golden brown pour with solid white foam and good lacing. The flavor of hops isnít overpowering like many IPAs, but the definite bitterness one would expect in the aftertaste. I would definitely go for this again.

Bottle: The aroma consists of light-moderate caramel, lemon, herbal notes, and citrus. It pours a mostly transparent amber with a decent amount of sediment. It has a two finger soapy off-white head that has pretty good retention. A lot of soapy webbing is left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with caramel and light fruit. The finish has light-moderate lemon grass, citrus, and herbal notes. Itís medium bodied with soft carbonation and mouthfeel.

Bottle: Slightly hazy, amber, with a nice, off-white head. Caramel, earth and floral aroma. Taste is leafy tea, citrus.... Mildly spiced/peppery herbals and hops. Good carbonation tingle. Nothing amazing, but a good, easy drinking, tasty beer.

This single hop beer poured a golden color with a touch of amber with a huge foamy white head that left good lacing. Nose is floral hops with a touch of citrus. Full body and very smooth clean mouth feel. Flavor is caramel malts with quite a good dose of hop flavor with lots of floral and citrus. The beer finishes somewhat earthy, dry, and with low bitterness. While called an IPA this seems more like an American Pale Ale to me, but style does not really matter. What counts is how the beer tastes and drinks. And this one tastes great and drinks easily. Very good beer.

Bottle. Bright and shiny pour of golden amber. Firm but thin roiling head of white foam. Nice outdoorsy aromas of grass and fresh leaves. Slick mouthfeel and bountiful hoppy goodness in the drink. Nice spicy finish. Good schtuff. (#5409, 1/8/2014)

Bottle:   Amber hued straw, thin to moderate frothy white head, nice lacing.   Musty spiced hopped up nose.   A little dank, aged citrus peel and pith perhaps.   Soft sweet citrus start, pale hop bitterness.   Comes across as stale and musty, not bright nor vibrant, with muted citrus spices.   Moderate to full body and mouthfeel.   Dull citrusy finish.   I suppose its a bit herbal, but not much about this says fresh flowers.   Damn...
